Prices per room per night: (Prices include breakfast)

Single room: £39.00 per night.

Double room: £59.00 per night.

Double or twin ensuite: £69.00 per night.

Cottage double/twin ensuite: £79.00 per night.

Children, in adult's room: 0-5 years old: £5.00 per night. 6 - 13 years old: £1 per year of age per night. 14 and over: £20.00 per night.

Pets: Well behaved dogs are welcome. We charge £5.00 per night for dogs. Please bring something for them to sleep on and an old towel for muddy paws. And remember... don't let them chase the turkeys!

Please note: We take cash or cheques. We do not take credit or debit cards.

Deposits and cancellation: We ask our guests for £10.00 deposit for each night booked. This is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days before arrival. Guests not arriving or cancelling on the day of arrival are charged the full amount.
